Order

How can I order goods?

Select a product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment can be made online by card, bank transfer, or in-store with cash or card. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

CAN I RESERVE GOODS IN THE STORE?

Yes. Add the product to your cart, select in-store pickup at checkout, and choose payment on delivery as the payment method. We will set the goods aside for you – please remember to pick them up. In-store pickup is free of charge.

HOW DO I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?

In the cart, you will find the field "Discount code". Enter the code and click Apply. The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount. Codes can usually be used only once and cannot be combined.

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

Goods that we do not have in stock can be pre-ordered. Place an order, pay for it as usual, and then you will receive information about delivery and the production time of the product.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

Currently accepted:

Online: card payment (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer (CZK and EUR)
In store: card payment and cash
Installments: available through selected payment gateways at checkout

How to pay by bank transfer?

Customers can pay by bank transfer in Czech Koruna or EUR directly to our account. Please use the following payment details:

Always include the order number in the payment reference so we can correctly match the payment. The transfer usually takes 1–3 business days to be credited. We will ship the goods after the payment is received.

I WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE CARD PAYMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Don't worry – your order is still recorded with us. We will send instructions for repeating the payment to your email. If you did not receive the email or want to choose a different payment method, contact us at +420 775 578 521 or info@batohiro.cz. Please do not create a new order.

CAN YOU PAY BY CARD IN A BRICK-AND-MORTAR STORE?

Yes, at our store in Prague (Husinecká 17, Prague 3) we accept payment cards and cash.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Czech Republic and Slovakia: usually 2–3 business days from dispatch.
Germany, Austria, and other EU countries: usually 3–5 business days.

You will see an exact estimate when selecting the carrier in the cart. After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver to the entire EU and other countries. Available destinations and current shipping prices will be displayed in the cart after entering the address.

Is personal pickup possible?

Yes! You can pick up your goods in person at our store:

Personal pickup is free of charge. When checking out, select “Personal pickup".

How can I track my shipment?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. By clicking the link, you can see the current delivery status directly with the carrier.

Returns and Complaints

How do I return goods?

Undamaged goods in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please include the completed withdrawal form (downloadable from the website) and send the package back to our address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will refund the money for the goods to your account no later than 14 days after receiving the returned package. Returns and complaints can also be handled through your customer account in the “Account” section.

How to file a complaint?

Send your complaint to info@batohiro.cz along with:

• a photo of the item being claimed
• a copy of the purchase receipt (invoice)
• a completed complaint form

Our complaints department will inform you about the next steps as soon as possible. You can also submit a complaint through your customer account.

Products

What materials are Batohiro® products made from?

Our backpacks and waist bags are made from premium ECO CORDURA® material – a durable, water-repellent fabric with certified environmental friendliness. Selected models use ECOPAK™ EPLX400 material made from 100% recycled polyester.

The clothing is made from premium organic cotton. Each product undergoes handcrafting in our workshops in the Czech Republic.

Are Batohiro® backpacks waterproof?

Yes, all our backpacks and waist bags have a water-repellent finish, and the ECO CORDURA® / ECOPAK™ material resists rain and everyday use. They are not designed for submersion in water, but can safely handle short-term rain.

The clothing is made from premium organic cotton. Each product undergoes handcrafting in our workshops in the Czech Republic.

Where are Batohiro® backpacks made?

We handcraft everything in our workshop in the heart of Europe – no mass production, no shipping across half the world. Each piece is unique and carries the personal signature of the seamstress.

Warranty

What is the warranty period for Batohiro® products?

We provide a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects for all our backpacks and waist bags. We believe a good product should last a lifetime – and we stand by that.

What does the Batohiro® lifetime warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects – issues with stitching, YKK zippers, buckles, or material that occurred during production. In case of a claim, we will repair or replace the product. Contact us at info@batohiro.cz.

The store is the primary location for order pickup and in-person shopping.

Can I try the products in the store?

Of course! We have the current collection and a fitting room available at the showroom. We are happy to help you choose the size, color, and model. We look forward to seeing you.
