At Batohiro, we believe in the quality of our products and their long lifespan. That is why we proudly offer a lifetime warranty on our backpacks and waist bags. This applies to all manufacturing defects that may occur during normal use of the product.

What our lifetime warranty includes:

• Material defects (fabrics, zippers, straps, etc.).

• Parts such as buckles, clasps, and other accessories.

• Construction defects that affect the functionality of the backpack or waist bag.

If you discover any such defect, we will repair or replace your product with a new one, depending on the severity of the problem.

 

What our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear caused by everyday use (such as scratches, discoloration, or loss of shape due to prolonged use).

• Damage caused by improper use, negligence, impacts, transportation of heavy or sharp objects, exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions (e.g., fire or water).

• Modifications or repairs made by third parties outside of our authorized Batohiro repair shops.

• Theft, loss, or damage caused by third parties.

 

How to claim the warranty:

If you have a problem with a product that seems to be a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@batohiro.com. Please provide the order number, a description of the problem, and attach photos of the defective area. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.

To claim the lifetime warranty, it is necessary to register in the Account on our website. The lifetime warranty is valid only for registered customers.
